About Parent Child ClassesAlong with helping parents and children develop a closer bond and develop a lifelong hobby together, our Parent Child Chess classes area great way for parents to ensure their child doesn’t become the sole winner of every family game night!
These classes are designed to improve both a parent and child’s understanding of the chess game, increasing the quality of games and competition within the home and are the best way to ensure your son or daughter never becomes bored of playing chess with mom or dad!
As with all of our services (aside from private lessons) these classes include participating in The Chalice Grand Prix Circuit!
Premium vs. Standard Memberships
Parent Child Chess Classes are purchased alongside Family Memberships. Premium Family Memberships allow families to attend all 9 days of Saturday Chess Club, whereas Standard Family Memberships do not include Saturday Chess Club dates, however these Saturday Club Dates can be purchased as single serve sessions.
Please note, Saturday Chess Club is open to Members Only! No unregistered parents or children are allowed on the dojo premises during club time!

Don’t worry, when purchasing Parent Child Chess ClassesParents can include participation in Kids Club as well!

Come spend one week from 8:30 to 3:30 learning how to "Master the Art of Mental Combat". Students will rapidly accel their skills over the week as they prepare for the final battle - the camp ending tournment!
During the week students will cover rules, strategy, tips, tricks and tactics giving them the skills to ensure their opponent's quick demise. Students will play games, create puzzles, improve their strategic thinking and focus all while making friends and having a blast!
Camp prices are $175 for 1 child, $250 for 2 and $300 for 3. Each child thereafter costs $50.
Camps include bandanas and workbooks - there is no extra charge for bandanas and workbooks when players advance to the next level throughout camp!

Family chess club is a great way for both parents and children to improve their chess playing with local players as well as garner critical Qualifying Points and Individual and Team points for the Chalice Grand Prix Circuit!
Premium vs. Standard Memberships
Standard family memberships do NOT include Saturday Chess Club participation however Standard Family Memberships allow the purchase of single serve Saturday Club passes to attend Saturday Chess Club.
A Standard Family membership does however allow for the purchase of Parent Child Chess classes!
Premium Family Memberships include the participation in Saturday Chess Club.
Please note, Saturday Chess Club is open to Members Only! No unregistered parents or children are allowed on the dojo premises during club time! This means if you'd like to have both parents at club they both must be members - i.e. if a family with 2 parents would like to attend with their 2 children the family must purchase 4 membership seats!
